You'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS to verify your number. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first deposit right away. For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Nusatr accepts any one valid government-issued ID from the Philippines: PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, or UMID. You'll also need to submit a clear selfie holding your ID. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. Completing KYC unlocks higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times, so it's worth doing early.

No. Each person is allowed only one Nusatr account. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds. If you've forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" option or contact our support team directly — we'll get you back in safely.

For security, choose a password that's at least eight characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your birthday or name — those are too easy to guess.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Nusatr supports all major Filipino payment channels including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, as well as online banking with BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. We also accept deposits and withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit at Nusatr is just ₱100 — designed so that any kabayan can get started without pressure. There are no deposit fees on Nusatr's end, though your payment provider (such as GCash or your bank) may apply their own small transaction charges. Always check your e-wallet or bank app for their current rates.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours on business days, often faster. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within the same business day, while PESONet transfers can take up to one banking day. Debit or credit card refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your issuing bank. Verified accounts enjoy faster processing. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200.

Common reasons for a withdrawal delay include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with unsatisfied wagering requirements, entering incorrect account details, or a pending security review. Make sure your Nusatr account name matches your GCash or bank account name exactly — any mismatch will cause a hold. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Generally, you need to opt in during registration or before making your first deposit, and complete the required wagering (rollover) before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real cash.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) is the number of times you need to bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw it as real money. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling ₱10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Nusatr tries to keep its wagering requirements fair and transparent — all the details are listed clearly on each promotion's terms.

Nusatr's Refer a Friend programme rewards you every time you successfully invite a new player. Share your unique referral code or link with your barkada or family. Generally, only one bonus can be active in your Nusatr account at a time. You must complete or opt out of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
